It's almost the half-way mark of 2012 and with another big month behind us it's looking like another huge year!

For over 28 years Perry Venakis has had an active role within Australia’s health and fitness community. Training and competing in martial arts at both State and National levels, Perry is truly an accomplished athlete: Taekwondo (Black Belt, Instructor), Heiwa Note Karate (Black Belt), Wado Ru Karate (Black Belt.) He also is the founder and creator of ‘THE PERRY VENAKIS METHOD’.
This method is a compilation of many years of practical experience, hundreds of hours of research and courses. My philosophy is simple. There is no correct answer to a solution, but what is correct is how you justify what you are trying to achieve. His methodology is a guide to get you thinking. It will make you aware of how the human body responds to specific stimuli and that for every action there is a reaction.
